The camera drivers are included in Windows, no need for a special one. Does your camera show up in Device Manager?

Is the camera visible in "Device Manager" and does it have an exclamation mark next to it? If it is then uninstall it and go to the top at "Action" and press "Scan for hardware changes" which should refresh the camera driver and reinstate your camera, if that doesn't fic your problem then there is something wrong with your camera. This is the OEM camera for the Aspire Z24-880 its the: "CAMERA 2M_FHD 2MIC CKFEF5221004590LH CHI" Acer part#: 57.B04D1.001

    Hi kristiem26,

Try to download the driver from the below link,

Also, the camera sits behind an internal USB port that's built into the motherboard. If that underlying USB hub is reporting problems or missing then the camera wouldn't show up at all in Device Manager.
