Hope you can help and apologise if I’m in the wrong area; My aspire v3 371 keeps shutting down when playing the new football manager 21 beta - it seems to be overheating; so I cleaned out the fan as well as YouTube showed me to do, but still having the same issue, fan gets very loud when playing then eventually the whole laptop decides to shut down! Drivers all seem up to date - What can I do??

Repaste your CPU with the new thermal grizzly “Kryonaut Extreme” paste and use the”Pea Dot” method and get either a laptop tablet cooler or a CPU "Vacuum USB Air Extracting Cooling Fan" that will suck the hot air out of your laptops side vent, otherwise you will have to do some extreme case and cooling mods like this guide “Acer Aspire V3 531G overheating Instructions on how to solve + OC GF 630M” which is the same as your Aspire V3-371 see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvCLzUcvUa4 there is no magic pill to fix overheating in a laptop, you can also use ThrottleStop to undervolt your CPU. I've done all this to my V3-571G and it works 100% but its a big job and you have to have some expertise to do this.
