My Acer Liquid Zest Plus phone has failed - how can i reload original factory config?

My Acer Liquid Zest Plus phone has failed. I can (though not easily) boot to where I can select a boot mode (recovery, normal, fast boot, demo).

I then chose Recovery because nothing else works:

1) I have backed up my data

2) I have wiped cache partition

3) I have done a Root Integrity Check and it FAILED

4) I have done a Wipe Data/Factory Reset and then tried to power off and restart.

This fails and I see no change to the original problem I started with. I assume this is because the root integrity check fails and it can't boot. Reboot to boot-loader just starts Fastboot and then it hangs.

Is there a way to reinstall the factory configuration from a SD card? if so, where would I get it?
