keyboard and speaker issues - swift SF314-55

My keyboard just stops working out of nowhere and my speakers start cracking up out of nowhere too, both need restart to work properly again. Anyone knows anything about this?

    Sorry to hear that Kékéyerfat, have you tried updating all drivers? what is the BIOS version you have?

    Acer-Manny, I tried installing the drivers that you linked me, but know I don't have an audio driver anymore. Something must have went wrong, do you think you could help with that? I tried pretty much everything like trying to update the driver from the device manager and reinstalling the audio driver form your page, nothing works.

  • when the problem occurs, does the event viewer register an error? Does the problem occur only when the power adapter is connected or only on the battery? Have you tried to disable fast start-up in power options and fastboot in bios?

    No thank you I havent tried any of that. But now, the audio thing is a much bigger problem because I straight up cant use my laptop for class. Acer support also refused to help me since Im out of warranty. Do you have any idea how I could resolve this audio problem. As I said, I did download the audio driver multiple times after reboot, my computer still doesnt detect the driver.

    that is the thing there is not even a driver. When I go in the device manager it simply says that there is not driver installed for this device.

    unfortunatly windows change its language to french automatically every time I do the update, so im gonna translate the text on the pictures. On the first picture you can see that the highlighted line which translate to the media audio controller show that there is a problem. On the second,which appear when I open the media audio controller, it translate to :

    the drivers are not installed on this device. (code 28)

    There is no driver available for this device .

    to find drivers clique the ''update'' button below. (which Ive tried to doesnt work)

    Basically I tried everything I know of.

    Its worth noting that I have reinstalled the audio driver from acers site and it is in a folder on my computer, my computer just doesnt seem to recognize it

    What I didnt download is the audio controller driver which is right below the audio driver. I tried but there isnt a setup app in the mess of folders.
  • Can you check if the DRIVERBOOSTER program finds the correct driver?

    The Audio Console driver uses a DOS batch file to install, not an exe.
