Screen tearing and horizontal line while gaming - Acer nitro 5

Hello Everyone I have a question. I am facing issue on my one month old Acer nitro 5 (2019) model. It started 4 days ago in a game called Dota 2. While I play this game I face screen tearing and horizontal line in the middle of the screen. It was not happening before. I tried to turn on v-sync on from Nvidia panel but it didn't help me and I also set max fps on 60 it didn't help me too. I am confuse what to do. Does anyone facing this issue? Also I only play Dota 2 and I downloaded Csgo to Check whether it is happening in it or not . I didn't see any issue it that game. My specs:- 60hz, I5-9th gen,1650 gtx, 16 gb ram, 1 tb HDD. Please help me is there any solution or I should go to the service center?

@rohit631 I just bought a brand spanking new nitro 5 and am having this issue. Did you find out your problem?

try matching the refresh rate of the display with the fps of the game otherwise you get these sort of problems. for example limit fps to 60 fps if your monitor is 60hz. this is why freesync and g sync exist.
