Is my Predator Triton 300 Overheating? (And Other related questions)

By the moment I took the screenshot above I have played Genshin Impact for around 2 hours. Does the temperature chart indicate dangerous levels of usage? I really want to keep my Triton 300 as long as possible, should I keep my laptop from reaching a certain temperature?

Is keeping CoolBoost turned on every time I play a game a bad Idea?

One last question, is there any way to see the average temperature through PredatorSense?
Thank you.

Cpu: If it is below 85 it is safe. Below 80 there is absolutely no need to worry. So currently I think ur cpu is just fine.
Gpu: For the game you have played the usage is about 50% and ur temps are really good. If u play a more demanding game u may get some heating issues.

Yes u should keep ur coolboost on each game. Temps are what usually decide lifetime of a cpu or gpu.

I dont think there is any way to see average temperature as far as I know.
