My cb3-431 won’t work with OpenGL, any thoughts?

My cb3-431 chrome book hasn’t been working with Open-GL, but Intel support says the processor should support it, so they sent me here instead. My warranty is expired though, so I can’t speak with an agent. My best guess is that I need to update the graphics drivers (or something like that), but I have absolutely no clue how. Does anyone have advice? I should also note that I’m also running Linux beta features, but I don’t believe that’s impacting anything, but you probably know better than me.

It's more complex and magic with Chromebooks than drivers in Windows. Google handles the software side, so they'd be the ones to actually talk to about OpenGL support. Here is a link to the developers guide to GPUs in ChromeOS.

The error message says specifically that it’s a problem with either my GPU or graphics drivers

Exactly, though 'drivers' are different in ChromeOS than in Windows. You can't just download a driver from a support site, the OS needs to support the drivers natively. Check on Google's support forums to see if they are planning for OpenGL support with your GPU.
