Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 Screen replacement too blueish

Dear friends, please help me with this after screen replacement, colors are not right I tried change it in the AMD software and calibrate with the color but I got it no accurate. Is there any way where I can download a correct ICC profile? or something? please help!!!! I am going crazy because its too way notorious the difference. Am I right? Thanks!!!!

Hi,
No problem, you have an Innolux N156HGA-EAL which is a cheap compatible panel, in my opinion, you would get this type of performance from such a low-quality panel, you could try the solutions mentioned in my previous post but if you can I would suggest you replacing the panel with the better quality panel, that saves you lot of time, but at the end of the day, you have to decide according to your circumstances.

Hi,
Could you please post the model name of the original panel and the current panel, I would suggest you try "Bluelight shield" feature in Quick Access Application, I have little experience with calibration but if you like to try it, please read the links below.

thank you very much for your reply. To put it in context, the original screen was damaged and changed because of warranty, then I received (way too much time after, which is the reason I would like to avoid to call them again, because I can afford to be without laptop too much time). But when I got home, the difference in colors is too obvious. I would like to be certain that the screen is damaged to return it. But, if it is matter of configuration, I can solve it myself, but yes I don't have the experience either.

I tried the blueshield feature, but is it not. Actually, when turned on (for some seconds) it turned yellowish but then blueish again.

The original panel I don't know. The replacement is a Chimei CMN15DF6 1920x1080.

Dear friend, you are right. I called the extended warranty service. I hope they can change this lousy panel. But I will be out of laptop now.
