Acer E475 battery is good in HDD but i upgrade ssd 256GB(not m2ssd) .so battery is not detect.So how i do that.i show acer service center they don't know this error and can't do.Battery is good how i do that

1. I have never seen a battery in any HDD or SSD ... 
2. Are you getting a specific error message or code, or a beep code at post ?? 
3. Try removing the battery and re-seating it. 
4. what is the wear level of the battery ? 
5. If you replaced the HDD with an SSD, you may have "dislocated" the battery connection to the motherboard, depending on where it is mounted.
