AN515-52: Laptop turning on and off and on repeatedly.

Acer Nitro AN515-52 
Few days ago at night after saving my work, i turn my laptop on next morning. When i turn on laptop it stucked on black screen, i thought it was loading due to some error. Even after waiting long time it doesn't display acer logo and windows. Then i press power button and turn it off. When i again try to turn it on it goes on and off repeatedly (nonstop). I unpluged battery, press reset botton nothing worked. Please help me. There was one problem before on windows i don't know it happened due to that or not. The update pannel in setting was not showing. And also i changed my laptops thermal paste  10 months ago....

Sorry to hear you're having these problems with your Acer unit (Nitro) kaflebishal0123, help me understand better the issue, you mentioned that you unplugged the battery, how did you perform that? What was exactly the problem you had before on Windows?

What is the update panel in settings that you're missing?
