Upper part of keyboard not working? (certain keys and sometimes) - Aspire A715-72G

Hello to the Acer community, 

I have an issue with my 

Aspire A715-72G

My laptop has stopped from accepting Esc, F3, F5, F6, F7, F9, F10 and F11 keys as output. I have tried to check what is going on in the BIOS, but even there they do not function. So I thought this must have to do with a physical error. 

BUT

Less than a week ago, I went to play AC Origins and whoops! Escape and F5 suddenly started working again. I went on further and did a keyboard test, the whole keyboard seemed to work. 

This was like just a couple days ago. It cannot be physically damaged if they still responded like that! 

Now I cannot seem to get those specific keys to work again. I reinstalled Windows, drivers, Acer apps, did some retouching in the BIOS with the Media/Function keys, but it seems that nothing is being done. 

Any advice? Would it be better if a certified Acer technician could see it?

If this machine is still under warranty, then yes immediately arrange for warranty repair service at this link https://www.acer.com/ac/nl/BE/content/support
