Your G3220 is a 53W CPU and the T models are 35W. They should work just fine, and likely run cooler than you normally see. For that matter you could even go with an i7-4790T at 45W and get even a bigger boost.

Which processor is in there now? You can put any of the Haswell processor in, as long as the wattage is the same. If you choose a processor that pulls more power then you have to beef up the cooling to match. The T model processors run slower, but with less power, than the stock processors. I'd look at bumping to an i5 or i7 before downgrading to the I3-4130T, unless you are choosing it specifically for the lower working temperatures.

    Thanks lionscar and billsey,

Now, I am using CPU Pentium G3220 and my system is working well.
I am afraid of using low wattage CPU in this motherboard may cause damage to the CPU.
In other ways, I am not sure whether the motherboard BIOS supports the I3-4130T CPU or not.
