How can I solve power throttling in my Acer Aspire ES1-132-C5YH

the laptop i bought two years ago is horrible at gaming and I know that it is using integrated graphics and only has a 2 core Celeron processor but I was  looking at gaming reviews on youtube and noticed that my laptop was underperforming against other laptops with the same specs except I upgraded the ram to 4gb instead of 2gb, I downloaded throttlestop 
and noticed that my processor is power throttling, I tried to solve this by using Intel's XTU program but it wasn't compatible and this processor and this processor doesnt have FIVR support, my processor, in particular, is the Intel Celeron n3350 and has integrated graphics

Power plan must be set to performance mode, battery near 100% charged and charger plugged in BEFORE starting gaming loads for maximum play time without throttling. Jack E/NJ
