AN515-52 RAM Which one? DDR4/DDR4U/DDR4L ?

Hey Everyone, 

I am planning to add additional 8GB RAM on my Nitro 5 (AN515-52). But then I got confused, which DDR4 type were supported by this laptop.
And then in this thread: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/555436/an515-52-ram-upgrade , it doesn't mention anything about it. The problem is that the RAM listed by OP were all DDR4, not DDR4U. Also when I checked on Google, no one mentioned about it...

This is the screenshot from CPU-Z:


See the VOLTAGE, it says 1.20V. So, as far as I know this is DDR4U type which run on 1.2 voltage.


For anyone who confused:

• DDR4, runs on 1.5V
• DDR4L, runs on 1.3V
• DDR4U, runs on 1.2V

So, the question is which RAM should I buy? DDR4/U/L ?
I cant afford to buy wrong RAM, the budget is very tight here .

Hi,
You need a DDR4 2666MHz SODIMM module, DDR4 modules run at 1.2V but don't buy any modules with XMP profiles like Kingston HyperX.
