Acer Nitro 5 17" bought 1 month ago and it keeps freezing already ?

Hey guys, I need some help please.
I bought the Acer Nitro 5 17" screen but i'm having issues with it already. I have tried troubleshooting and i believe all drivers are updated including the ones through NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX. All i use it for is to stream through stream elements rather than use it as its intended purpose, as a gaming laptop so there isn't much on it. Now every single day ( even multiple times a day ) the laptop freezes to the point where i can't do anything other than power it off. Which is super annoying because this freezes my streams ! Can anyone advise before I do a full reset ( I'd hate to do that so early on! )

That sounds semi-serious. When does this happen usually? When you're streaming or just at random times?

It can happen at any time of the day. 2 days ago it froze at 3 points of the day once around lunch time and twice at night. one occasion at night i was actually streaming.
