Recently, I noticed that my games were a little slower than usua, and daily tasks were equally as slow. Upon checking task manager, I noticed that the disk performance was at 100%. Please help!

There are many variables for a HDD to work at 100%? Be more specific of the brand, type etc is this drive a spinner HDD 2.5” or 3.5” or an SSD 2.5” or an M.2 SATA III or an M.2 PCIe NVMe? Or how full is this drive etc etc give us more details and the circumstances than “Disk at 100%”?

My storage is an HDD, but idk which type it is. It's a Toshiba DT01ACA100. I don't know what caused it, but there is still 800gb free on it.
