Dispute procedure
Can anyone tell me what the dispute procedure is for Acer? Acer is
refusing to honour their warranty and claiming I damaged the laptop
through an accident, although I have pictures taken after requesting a
repair showing my laptop was never damaged. I am getting the run around
from customer service with different answers and no one will provide
evidence of their conclusion nor will they answer me when I request to
take the dispute further before heading to the Financial Ombudsman
Service.
Does anyone know how I can take this beyond the rote
customer service answers so if they continue to refuse to honour the
warranty I can then go to the FOS and make an official complaint.
