Acer Care is worst 😡 they are Fraud 😡

They stole my laptop, they took my laptop for repair on the 2nd of October 2020, but it's 20th October 2020. They didn't return my laptop yet. And the regional manager is not receiving my calls, I have called him more than 10 times. They are a fraud. They are making us fool and not solving our problems. 
Acer is FRAUD 😡😡

    Am sorry for inconvenience actually in normal days they shipped 7 to 10 days due to pandemic situation turn around time after receiving the unit its 15-20 business days to repair and ship. so please don't worry once technician will done they will get back to you.

    But it's already more than 20 days and still, they didn't repair my laptop, and they're not telling me the date by which they can repair and return. Who will be responsible for that

    This tracking status is not useful, it's already more than a month. They haven't resolved my issue ⚠️, every time they promise that wait for some days, and that day never comes. 😡
