I am having trouble starting my acer ax3400 desktop

I am having trouble starting my acer AX3400 desktop, when I push the start button you can hear the fans come on but there is no blue light or beep. If the computer goes to sleep it will not wake up the same thing happens and the fans seem to be running hard and a roaring sound comes from them. When I do manage to start the machine it runs smoothly with no problems the fans go back to normal sound and things are good, it is just the starting up problem that I am having, I hope you can help me as the machine is just out of warranty it is 13 months old and was hoping to have a few trouble free years as the computer is not used that often and this is really dissapointing

This what I was told to.

Can you access bios on boot menu? If you can access bios check bios and load defaults.

Step 2  If first step does not work try recovery disk or re install operating system.

Step 3 check all conections in side machine.

Step 4 if problem cant be fixed by you tech will be next step. Or you can replace you MB
