Hi, I have brought a Crucial MX500 1TB SATA M.2 and tried to install it into the second m.2 slot, I tried to install it several time but the motherboard can't detect it. Could someone help me? Thank you.

First try to connect the original SSD on the second connector JSSD2. You shouldn't have any problem.

    Hello,
Did you try to switch the SSDs (connectors JSSD1,JSSD2)?
    SSDs specifications:
    Storage 1: M.2 2280/60/42 for SSD*2 (one is PCIe only, another is PCIe/SATA Co-lay).

I have one nvme installed in jssd 1 I think. Should I switch it to jssd 2? Since the window is installed on the nvme ssd, is there any problem when I start my computer because the location of the window is different ? Thanks
