Acer Nitro 5 Changing GPU

Hello Everyone
I've got my acer nitro 5 laptop almost 2.5 years ago , during these years I lost my SSD and my GPU (burnt out) , literally the whole device now working with the HDD and CPU only, like I lost 50% of the laptop specifications. 
what do you think are the reasons behind this two malfunctions ?!
And I wanna replace or change the GPU , is that possible since the GPU is soldered on the motherboard ?

Hi,
If the GPU is burnt out, the only solution I can think of is to change the motherboard.

Changing the whole motherboard ? where I need to replace all the components of my laptop ? which is same as getting new laptop I guess ?

Hi,
You can salvage certain replaceable parts like memory modules, heatsink, etc. but the motherboard is going to be expensive, a new laptop is a better option in my opinion as well.
