Acer Aspire VX15 won't turn on

Hello,
To explain my situation, I was using my computer as usual until it has shown the 20% alert. So I took the charger and plugged it on but at this moment exactly, my computer shut down and won't ever show any sign of life...
I already tried to do a power reset, holding power button for a minute then trying to turn it on with the charger but no luck. There was also a "power reset" button on the bottom of my computer I tried to hold it with a small clip for a few seconds and try again but no progress...

If someone could help me find a solution I would be grateful.

Can you be sure that the power charger is working fine?
How did your computer shutdown when you plugged the charger?
All turned black and no sign of life right away?

Thank you for answering.
Actually I can't be sure at 100% since I don't have a voltmeter. But I did tried in a store to use a different charger.

The computer just brutally shut down at the moment I plugged the charger.
And yes all black, no fans or leds working.

I'll try to unplug battery and power cord, leave the PC overnight, then plug everything back in.
Currently, I suspect power button board or power jack problem.
Previously I had problem with my Dell laptop with something similar but not exactly same situation.
Unplugged everything overnight sometimes had the laptop back alive for one time, and then would not power on after a shutdown.
Replaced the power button board and then everything is fine.
Your case happened when plugging the AC in, seemed to be a power surge short out something.
Since your laptop is a high end one, it is worth trying to replace the power button board. Or you can bring it to the professional PC repairmen.

Okay I'll try to leave it tonight without its battery then (and pray).
However, won't replacing the power button mean replacing the mother board ?

Besides, since my laptop is still under warranty maybe it would be better to rely on it ? Or perhaps it won't be taken in charge ?

Power button board is just a small part, just think of it as the power button.
Since your laptop is under warranty, by all means contact the manufacturer for it.
