I'm using an Acer Nitro AN515-54 laptop and my Wifi Driver crashes showing code 10. Need help

My wifi driver keeps crashing (intel AC 9560) only if I run a game. It works fine while browsing the internet, but as soon as I load up any game I get audio and mouse stutters, then the wifi driver crashes and it comes back on if I connect an ethernet cable and reinstall the driver but the problem persists as soon as I load up a game. It used to work fine a month back, I don't know if its hardware related, if it was hardware related I wouldn't be able to connect with the internet right? . I've tried everything, resetting BIOS, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, reset my OS(keeping my files). the only thing left to do is factory resetting my laptop which I would like to avoid. Any help or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
