G3-571 Fan Replacement Question

I've already ordered a replacement fan but when I originally opened my laptop (fan inspection and replace thermal paste) I noticed that the screws on the fans themselves were much much much smaller than anything else in the laptop and that I don't have any screwdrivers tiny enough to take them out so I have a question regarding this.

Question:
Do I need to unscrew these tiny tiny screws in order to replace my fan or is that not needed? If it's needed then what do I have to search for when looking to buy a cheap tiny screwdriver online like do they have a size or name that i should look for?

If the screws r fitting the old fan perfectly in place(if it goes all the way into the screw socket and the fan is not loose), then u have to use these tiny screws to screw in ur new fan. The screwdriver size will be available in any proper laptop repair kit.

If they're needed to be unscrewed, then they're probably what keep it attached to the heatsink (not the board).

In my laptop there are 2 screws for each fan and they hold the fan to the board. Make sure your are seeing the right screws and not something of the motherboard. It would be better if u could attach a picture of the open laptop.

They're absolutely not the screws that attach the fan/heatsink to the board, when I last opened my laptop (repasted the cpu/gpu) the fans were solidly attached to the removed heatsink and i'm not sure if these screws are what kept it to the heatsink or simply kept the fan together. I'm not sure if the mylar keeps the fan slotted onto the heatsink or if its the screws as well.
