[Please read] Acer Nitro 5 screen black, keyboard lit and won’t boot.

I have an AN-515-54 I got on june 2019. The problem started when I was browsing then it suddenly froze and turned off. I booted it back and fine but then 10 minutes later it did it again but instead of shutting down the screen went black and the keyboard started blinking in regular intervals. Inheld the power button down to shut it off. Then I pressed the power button to turn it on but only the keyboard lit up and the screen black. I connected it to a monitor to see if it’s a screen issue but no.

Please help, this is the only way I can take my classes.

Try to reset the battery. Press and hold the power button for 12-15 sec. , unplug the charger and leave it for about 25-30 min., after that plug the charger back in and power on the laptop.
