So I currently have a 2 gb DDR3L ram @1333 mhz and I need to upgrade it for online classes as it's way too slow (duh). But I'm really confused, my task manager says I have 1 of 2 slots filled and I checked in CPUz and it also says dual. I was about to buy 2 4gb rams but I opened up my laptop just to make sure and I realized that there's only one actual slot. There's definitely a space for a second ram but no clips. I know that other E5-411s have only single slots but I don't know how the Acer laptops are labeled so I wasn't sure if they're all exactly the same or just similar. Am I misunderstanding something? Is there something wrong with my system or is there a defect on my board? Also it would be helpful if someone could tell me the max specs for a RAM on this specific laptop. Thanks in advance <3

    This model has 1 DIMM socket that supports 2 / 4 / 8 GB.
The maximum memory Supported size is 8 GB with  DIMM Speed 1066/1333 SODIMM with 1.35V and 1.5V modules.
The below mentioned are few officially supported memory modules for this model.
