Delete the EFI partition of the HDD and it will be not bootable anymore

I've tested various cloning softwares, so far Macrium Reflect has the best and advanced features, specially, for free,

Now I'm Struck in this situation. How to handle this?

Haven't gotten that pop out before. Don't know why you have that.

Thank you, guys...I succesfully cloned the ssd ..but there is still a problem..there is two windows boot manager...I reordered them..but still SSD is not considered as primary drive by PC...then i turned off the HDD..then restart the pc..i found..SSD is now booted...how to make ssd as primary drive now?
While changing the boot order, did you input a security password on the bios? You need to do it before you can save the boot order priority. You can also delete the FAT32 library partition or boot manager partition on the old HDD so that it will no longer be recognized us a boot drive.
