[HELP] My brand new Acer aspire A515-44 is performing bad when plugged in

I have tried to find a solution to my problem but i was not able to fix it.

Here is 2 videos, one where i have plugged my pc in, and one where i haven't.

    Open ControlPanel. Search 'power plan'. Click 'edit power plan' in the left pane.  Click advanced power settings. In the box that pops up select processor folder and make sure CPU is on 100% on both battery and plugged in. Jack E/NJ

    Thank you i got it to work by changing connected power to optimize battery under my AMD Graphics powerplan folder
