Zoom App Won't Download from Chrome Web Store to Chromebook 14

I have an Acer Chromebook 14, Aluminum, 14-inch Full HD, Intel Celeron N3160, 4GB LPDDR3, 32GB, Chrome, CB3-431-C5FM. Each and every time that I attempt to add the Zoom app to my Chrome book, I get the following error (see screen shot). Please someone help me. I've been troubleshooting this for almost two days now and have no idea how to fix it. 

Also, when I attempt to simply join a zoom meeting from the browser, I am told by Zoom that my ' browser doesn't support using computer's audio device, please upgrade your browswer to the latest version.' I then proceed to upgrade my browser to only discover, it's already fully updated. 

Again, none of this makes any sense. Please someone help.

    Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately though, the link you provided, it just takes me back to the same place I posted in my initial post and in turn provides the same result. Not sure if it's a Zoom issues or the issue of my own computer. It's very frustrating to say the least. If you have any other thoughts, please let me know.

    I assume that each time the reload button is pushed, the download interrupts repeatedly. The only things I can suggest is to contact your ISP to see if  I they can explain it from their end and then sign in to zoom and hit their support button to troubleshoot the download issue. Jack E/NJ
