Acer XB240H Monitor

Hello, I have an old XB240H I'm trying to use as a second monitor on a 2080 hybrid. I have it plugged into the second display port. I have windows 10, and windows knows the monitor is there, but won't let me configure anything for the monitor, nor does the monitor display anything and states no source. I would like to reset the monitor, but I can't get into the OSD, and have tried everything I can find on the web to get into the OSD. Primarily, it's hold the menu button for 5 seconds while turning off the monitor, reverse that order, then the OSD should be active, but it isn't. Anyway to hard reset, or any ideas? Thanks.

Hit the Windows-P key combo. What is it set for now?

I can't get it to extend, it always says PC screen only. I think it may be the combination of the card and the monitor, but i have no idea what. I had an HDMI monitor that worked fine on this card, this one is DP.

Yeah, if Win-P doesn't allow you to choose either Duplicate or Extend then as far as the OS is concerned there's no monitor attached. You might be able to do a power reset on the monitor, disconnect all cables including the power then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Wait a bit to allow any residual to finish bleeding off then plug it all back together and turn it back on. Do you have a different cable to test with?

I think I tried the reset, I'll try again though, I've tried a million things at this point. I do have another cable, it was on the other computer that worked with this monitor, I can try it out though. Thanks for the responses!
