SPIN 11 that can't stay connected to Google Meet or Zoom

I have two of the exact same model of Spin 11 (specificallly RT511-CAXP) for my kids and neither one of them can stay connected to a Google Meet or Zoom call for an entire class period (about 45 min).  We have a pretty stable 100 mb connection and there are other computers in the same house on the same AP that don't have any issue at all.  Running speedtest on these machines show full internet speed at the same time I am watching the calls drop.

These were bought so that my kids could do distance learning. If they won't work for that, then I may need to return them!

Let's try first to figure out what laptops you have, my Google for RT511 only comes up with Samsung... Spin 11s are usually something like SP113-52-xxxx or CP311-42T-xxxx or something similar. Do you see anything in the event log at the time the issue occurs?
