issue with MEI ?

hi just used Intel CSME and its shows that my system is Vulnerable, and recently notice that it have a problem with switching off. from time to time when i tried to turn it off its start doing closure process and keyboard light up and fans going loud so i have to force it up by pressing power button, aso recently spotted that it freeze after get to sleep mode(?) - scren gets off, fans aswell and it gets overheat(!) as i tried to wake it up but no response and than notice its hot!, really hot so had to force it again. Any ideas ? tried to update drivers, bios etc..

Done a little research online and apparently its about Intel MEI driver but i have up to date them so not sure if this is a problem.

as acer dont care about it after i tried few times to message them, no reply of there side i found solution that work on my laptop for fe days and its not overheating now but still saying VULNERABLE....
