Bluetooth problems

Hi, currently own a Acer Aspire V3-471G notebook. Did a reinstall of Windows recently and naturally almost all of my files were deleted (including drivers). However I managed to redownload the drivers through this acer website, everything's working again except for my Bluetooth. It is recognised in the Device Manager as there's two things under the Bluetooth Radio (Bluetooth USB Module & Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator).

Tried using Atheros driver and Broadcom driver provided by this site but for some reason my notebook isn't able to pickup any bluetooth signal from other devices, and my devices (smartphone) isn't able to recognise my phone too.

I've already ENABLED device visibility for both my notebook and smartphone.

I've also made sure that the bluetooth services under "services.msc" is set to "Started" and "Automatic"..... but the problem still persists..

Thanks in advance.
