Change preferred GPU to dedicated one. The integrated GPU can give surprisingly high frame rates if you don't do anything in the game and sit in one place forever. But turn a little bit and the fps plummets like anything. You could be having this issue.
Also, what do you mean by, "my nitrosense work" ? You are being really inarticulate. We can't understand anything but the point about you getting frame drops.

what do you need nitrosense for? Monitoring temperatures? Adjusting fans?
For temperatures and resource usage, you can use HWmonitor. It's quite reliable.
In the meantime, try uninstalling nitrosense and downloading again from Acer's official website.

About the frame drops, what graphic settings are you using in fortnite? And how often do the drops happen?
If you are already using the low settings in-game, then go to GeForce Experience and turning down the slider towards performance. The settings in there sometimes override the in-game options.
And this is obvious, but I am going to say anyway:- Windows power plan should be set to max performance. Charge battery to full. Then play while the charger is plugged in and turned on.

    If you are:-
    1] On low settings
    2] Play while plugged in
    3] Have performance mode
4] Are not overheating(check using HWmonitor. Below 95C is acceptable depending on circumstances)
5] Have updated and/or reinstalled all related drivers
6] Did not update windows recently(some updates cause performance issues for some users). By recently I mean the same time when these issues started happening.

Then I would wager you have a damaged hard drive. I am assuming you are storing the game on the HDD.

    I see.
Install HWmonitor for now and check temperatures, while idle and while gaming. Then post the screenshots here. Also use your judgement to figure out an average temperature based on the range of values that the "value" tab shows over time.
If you are constantly running over 90C, thermal throttling is a very good possibility.

Also, I would like your reply to the 6 points I made above. That would really help narrow things down. Take your time, go through each one, and make a detailed post. I want you to properly read  everything I wrote, in both my above posts. Every sentence is a potential fix.

    Temps look fine.
Come on @Mannyy I need you to give a more detailed reply. Asking you one question at a time will mean this problem is going to take an awful lot of time to figure out. You want it fixed fast? You read everything I posted and respond to each point.

Run an app to check the disk for bad sectors and such. Can’t recommend a good one myself since I haven’t used one for long. Search online. I sometimes use CrystalDiskInfo. Not sure how useful it is though.

Also, did you try reinstalling nitrosense?
