Acer Aspire A315-22 - No touchpad option in BIOS

Good afternoon all!

I have trawled through many pages and I may be dim but, I cannot for the life of me find this exact problem.

I work in education and currently have 20 of so Acer Aspire A315-22 laptops to set up however, not ONE of the touch pads work. Initially I thought it might have been disabled in the BIOS which wouldn't be so bad but, there is no touch pad option in the BIOS settings. I've even looked online to see an image of what the BIOS should look like when the touch pad option is included but, these laptops don't have the option at all!
I've reset one of them and gone through the set-up again but, no such luck!

BIOS version: V1.05 - if that assists, at all.

I hope someone can help!!

I tried on quite a few before looking at the BIOS and it didn't work.

Nothing happened when I was pressing the key.

I did end up determining the cause though! The laptop came with Windows 10 Home as standard and the previous technician had upgraded to Education which caused the trackpad to be wiped off the face of the earth. Rolled it back to Home and upgraded with the product key and it seems to work now!
