Is it okay to play games in Nitro 5 AN515-43 while charging?

My laptop(Nitro 5 AN515-43) doesn't have a setting which limits its charge to 60% or 80%. Can I play games while it is plugged in? Does it not damage my battery or affect the battery life when I use in unplugged?
