Acer Aspire a717-72G-50UX keeps switching between battery modes

Hello all,      ( I USED CAPS TO POINT OUT SPECIFIC POINTS AND HARDWARE )
So, I recently just obtained my Acer Asprire a717-72G-50UX laptop a few days ago. So, here is the problem I'm having and I'm hoping someone may have encountered and solved this issue already.

1. During gameplay ( Seven days to die for PC ) My laptop starts to switch in between battery modes WHILE PLUGGED IN and because of this, my laptop doesn't hold an adequate charge and continues to beep as it switches between battery modes at random. 

2. Now, once I UNPLUG the laptop from the charger, the laptop stops switching between battery modes. BUT, it will start to switch battery modes once plugged back in.
and this is ONLY when its UNDER HEAVY LOAD.

The diagnostics I've performed are as stated below.

1. I've updated all relative drivers including ALL hardware drivers.
2. I've went under power options under ADVANCED options and SPECIFICALLY set it for HIGH PERFORMANCE.
3. I've went under the NVIDIA GEFORCE settings and set the NVIDIA PROCESSOR as the PERFERRED GPU.
4. I've changed the settings for the INTEL UHD 630 and changed the BATTERY SETTINGS for High Performance.
5. I've done a hard shut down and performed a laptop battery PINHOLE reset for 35 seconds.
6. I've switched out the LAPTOP CHARGER with a similar charger and still get the same results.

Now, be aware. The laptop WILL hold charge when not under load and WILL charge the BATTERY when NOT UNDER LOAD.
