Acer Chromebook Spin 713 - Fan runs all the time

Hi,
I've got an issue with my Chromebook Spin 713. 
The fan rotates all the time. It's a bit annoying. CPU Load is low. While I'm writing here, the fan rotates all the time. What's the cause for the problem? Is there information transfer to google (I've allowed google to monitor my laptop-usage).

I've solved the problem by deleting all the cookies and allowing only low profile information traffic.
