Which Finger Print reader software does the Acer Swift 3 SF313-52-52VA use?

My fingerprint reader stopped working - in settings it said they could not detect a scanner compatible with Windows Hello (though the same scanner had previously worked fine). I used their service chatbot, which told me to do various things (checking for drivers, restarting the fingerprint scanner, restarting various other programs, etc) but none worked. The last thing it told me to do was to uninstall the file for the fingerprint scanner and then go to the manufacturer's website and install the latest version from there. However, I made the mistake of not checking what the fingerprint software was called so I do not know the name of the manufacturer, nor do I have any leads as to what it might be. Help?

The description says it's a ETU801 module, but that seems to be the circuit board, not the chip itself.
