intel graphics update - Nitro an515

Hi,
I have encountered an issue with my laptop model Nitro an515, where the application requested me to upgrade intel graphics to 27.20.100.8280 , but even after downloading i am unable to install it as the system is showing error the driver is not valid for the computer.
What can be done?

Hi,
You need driver version 23.20.16.5018 from Acer support site, it's the most appropriate driver for your model, the Intel driver you are trying to install is a generic driver to cover different motherboards in Desktops and other brands of laptops, so I would suggest you to stick to the driver provided by Acer.

You have to install drivers from Acer support site for your model, go to the link below and enter your model name, like AN515-xx, because the drivers provided by Acer are tailored for your particular model.

Hi, i have gone through this steps.. but couldn't find anything related to intel graphics driver.
My lap version is an515-52.
As per intel support tool the maximum update possible is 25.20.xx. xxx.0 -

But isnt 25.20 latest than 23.20?
Thing is i was trying to play red dead redemption and they asked me to update to 27.20.100.8280 or latest. Without that i am unable to play the game.
My windows is 1909 version.
So is there any way i can play this game?0 -
Hi,
Have you tried switching to NVIDIA graphics to play games? If not, open NVIDIA control panel, change Prefered graphics to High Performance NVIDIA processor and press Apply.
