Aspire ES1-531-C785 laptop, internal battery issues.

Hello, I hope you can support me with my problem.

I have an Aspire ES1-531-C785 laptop, which has problems with the battery, appears (NO CHARGE), and only works with the eliminator connected.

Looking for a solution I found that it could be the reset button, which when pressed, already detects the battery, but enters as false, since it lasts a few seconds and locks it again, and remains in that status, the led of the The battery constantly flashes orange and, as the battery flashes, it blocks and unlocks it.

Currently the Battery has 0% charge.

-I have already tried to press the 2 switches that it brings to block the battery

-I changed the battery and it has the same problem

-I have uninstalled I have installed the battery drivers

-I have updated the BIOS

And still my problem is not solved.

Since I already bought a new battery and still my problem persists.

I've already despaired a bit.

What could be causing the problem?

Abra Administrador de dispositivos. Haga clic en la carpeta Pilas. Haga clic con el botón derecho y retire TODOS los controladores de batería. Salga del Administrador de dispositivos. Apague Windows. Entonces enciende el portátil. Jack E/NJ

Open Device Manager. Click batteries folder. Right click and remove ALL battery drivers. Exit Device Manager. Shut down Windows. Then turn laptop on.  Jack E/NJ
