The cmos is reset on the motherboard. Battery was checked. At start, video output is ok and boot default me to the bios. I turn off and restart. I get no video output.
Seems like the Cmos doesn’t remember.
 I did reset the Cmos on the motherboard with the same result.

    @IZARRA92,
    Can you explain what is "boot default me to bios"?
    The PC won't boot to the OS but the BIOS
    ? It appeared to be something wrong.
    Have you tried to reset BIOS to default?
    Any abnormal beeps during boot up
    ?

    The PS 200w was dead and replaced with a 400w ATX platform. After resetting the Cmos, I get the motherboard video working.  Then, I get a bios message asking to repair or not the bios.  I choose repair, the POST works (no beep) and the OS (Win10) starts.  After multiple programs updates, my PC (desktop ACER ATC-120-UC22) works included all shutdowns and reboots. I thought is was a Win-Win-Win!
    I unplugged the power source to move the tower.
    The next day, I turned the PC on and NOTHING!
    Fans HHD all working, no POST! NO VIDEO! Looks like the Cmos is gone! (I tested the Cmos battery and it was ok).

    @IZARRA92,

    So, the new PSU worked perfectly before you moved the tower. I would suggest you to test your memory sticks one by one.
