Acer liquid phone Float Text data lost---how to recover

Hi, I am using Acer liquid Z530 from 2016, I think this phone is no more in the market.

Once by mistake I pressed the reset button and all my data were gone.  I don't bother for other data but the phone has an app Float Text where I used to save my writeups like Poem, Song etc whcih are obviously a part of my life. I have tried to recover them but did not work. Since then I have not used the Float Text anymore as I thought it could overwrite my previous data.

Also before this incident, all my phone memory were saved in my Phone memory. But just after this incident,  my phone memory got full, so I stopped using my phone storage as main storage and started using SD card as main storage.  I have tried to access my phone storage which is Full but failed. I can though access my SD card easily.

Can anyone here help me to recover my Float Text data which I lost? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

is float text data connected to internet? if not then as far as i know you can't recover unless you go to really good software engineer who can recover your data but still impossible
