    • Laptop Speed slow in Predator Helios 300

    Hello,
    I purchased Acer Predator Helios 300 in May 2018

    Recently I've been facing issues with the speed of the laptop even in general usage like watching movies and videos and opening files and stuff. So I decided to *Reset this PC* but I couldn't do that as it says There is some problem in the PC and it cannot reset undoing all changes.

    It clearly seems the Original windows 10 that was installed initially with this Laptop has been corrupted and I cannot reset or format this. 
    So what are the options for me right now?
