Hi,

I recently got the Acer Aspire C27-962 and was hoping to have the AIO monitor act as a 2nd montitor for my work laptop. However I realised that there is only an HDMI output for this model.

Is there any adaptor i can buy or things i can try to potentially use this AIO's monitor as a 2nd monitor ?

Kind Regards,

No, the AIO models that support that all have HDMI-In ports. You could do a Remote Desktop type thing, but that would just mirror the display from the laptop instead of extending it.

Guys, I have an extra monitor attached to my C27-962 but the PC monitor tends to look more blue-esh. I tried to find the settings to make it a bit closer to the other screen brightness and colours but didn't succeed. Please help and advise.

Some monitors are adjustable and some are not, does your monitor have color adjustments available in the OSD?

    Hi @billsey,

Thank you for your reply. This AIO PC haven't any buttons to customize the monitor. I checked the display settings and it seems normal. What I have to check?

For the stand-alone monitor, it's fine. Just my issue with the AIO monitor.

    Cheers,

Windows 10 in it's latest iteration has a mode called Night Light that shifts the blues, see if it's active.

It's not active, I checked it. I don't know how to make it at least have close brightness and contrast like the extended monitor I have. Because that annoying if you are using it for daily work.

Try turning it on and use the slider to see if you can get closer to a match.

Can anybody provide the driver for the monitor on the Aspire C27-962?  I cloned the HD from a previous computer and the only issue I have is I don't have the specific driver for the monitor so I can't change the brightness, contrast, etc....
