While playing games like Battlefield 1 or FarCry4 CPU temperature jumps to 92C and remains constant, GPU goes to 84C. I checked on intel XTU and it showed that the system is throttling as mentioned in the question. Idle temperatures are around 45-60C. Why this throttling is happening and how to fix it?

Try undervolting using throttle stop first
Lift the back panel a few cms off a hard surface while gaming, you could use a cooling pad too.
If that doesn't solve it, the fans and vents could be clogged with dust, open it up and get it cleaned. This can void your warranty.
If that doesn't work too, the thermal paste has either dried out or the application isn't good and you'll have to reapply it.

If you have high CPU usage at idle, it means there's alot of apps running in the background. Try disabling them. A clean bloat free install of windows also fixes issues for some people. Although make sure that this is happening even when everything is updated.

Thermal throttling happens when cpu temps creep up into the 90s. You'll notice this to a great extent as you reach junction temperature.
Power limit throttling follows this, limiting the power draw to reduce speed and temps.

I changed the windows power settings to Maximum performance and now temps are between range 79-83C and GPU temps are constant at 84C.

Do you mean switching for "Acer" profile to "Balanced" Profile or any other profile and then adjusting the slider to best performance?

Power mode slider from windows battery settings.

If that's the case, I don't think this is the factor which made your laptop run cooler.
Maybe you've changed something in between which effected the thermals and performance?

If you've just used the slider to move from Battery Saver mode to Best Performance mode in default "Acer" power plan options, this actually pins the cores to 4000MHz almost irrespective of the load and doesn't clock down as fast as other power plans or sliders options do. This should result in higher temperatures, contradictory to your results.
Maybe you've tested this with turbo profile off?
Changed something else in between that you may have forgotten?
Changed EPP Speed Shift values in ThrottleStop?

@Sumanth You are right! I don't know what I did but still, there are 90+ spikes in the CPU temps and GPU goes to 84C constant temperature. I am worried about the CPU and GPU temps . Btw I am using single-channel 16gb ram as of now. I hope repasting will help.
