Hello fellas,

I have a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 10th gen Core i7.

I have set passwords for both my secondary ssd and bios ,I know them ,but I was frustrated with the UEFI Windows installation and tried setting the thinking it was the reason I had issues installing OS.

Anyway I don't know how I can remove them. If someone can help me out. I have reciepts and all... so its my laptop haha.

Cheers.

Go to Security tab and enter the supervisor password menu , enter your pass and the new pass leave blank hit enter and do the same on the pass confirmation. Same for the hdd pass. F10 (save&exit) and there should be no pass on the next boot anymore.

If you know the passwords it is easy, if not then only support can help.
