Is it possible to upgrade an Acer Nitro "AN515-44-R99Q" to a 120hz or 144hz display?

SighlessSighless Member Posts: 15 Troubleshooter
I am considering buying an Acer Nitro 5"AN515-44-R99Q", but the only thing holding me back is the 60hz refresh rate. So is it possible to upgrade an Acer Nitro 5 "AN515-44-R99Q" to a 120hz or 144hz display? And if I do, do I have to change anything in the BIOS? Are there any other risks or things I should be aware of besides voiding the warranty?
Thankyou in advance!
