I bought my laptop in 2018, and i think my thermal paste has dried out because all of a sudden I am noticing the temperature go up to 100 Celsius. I have also noticed lag in games like cs go and fifa 20. specification of my laptop:
i7-8750h
1050 ti
8gb ram
128 ssd
1 tb hdd

so please suggest a thermal paste based on my needs. I play a lot on my laptop, so suggest something that will last. also i have researched on thermal paste and 3 of them caught my eye: artic mx 4, TM kyronaut and noctua nt h1. which one of these is the best?

    Kryonaut or MX 4.
Kryonaut is usually used for overclocking desktop CPUs, has highest thermal conductivity in pastes. But it's very expensive.
MX 4 is very very popular among many in every platform for its price vs performance. Especially for the quantity you get.
If you want the best of the best, then Kryonaut, but you may not use 100% of its capability as these are older lower end mobile chips.

Make sure you clean the fans thoroughly, that's a major problem with most predator and nitro laptops.

BOOGEYMAN_SK repaste it with kryonaut or similar spread method only a thin layer covering both diodes its enough too much paste its bad also make sure the fans and exit airflow are properly cleaned and optimise your windows and undervolt also you laptop cpu cant be overclocked only k or hk cpus can be overclocked and the 1050ti its a really old gpu u cant expect much from it even overclocking it with msi ab you wont gain much consider upgrading to another laptop 1660ti minimum these days if you want to enjoy  a little bit of gaming performance another suggestion upgrade your ssd to at least 500gb min up to 2tb and your ram to 16gb minimum a proper dual channel set 2x8 hyperx or vengeance 2666 dont use the stock oem either keep it or sell it good luck :)

you could go with either kryonaut or noctua nt h1 or nt h2 . mx4 is good but i think noctua nt h1 or nt h2 is better then mx4
