W700P - Two Sku's and What's in the Box?

I'm looking at getting a Windows 8 Pro tab and really like the look of the W700P (128GiB) but am slightly confused about the available flavours. This is partly lack of information on the various UK online shops. As far as I can see, we have two versions of this product:

 

NT.L0REK.006 - Seems to be the basic 128GiB W700P

NT.L0REK.005 - Same but with better wireless connectivity - generally £30+ more expensive.

 

I'm also slightly unclear as to whether it's standard for the cradle to come in the box - the online sites I've been to mention the case and keyboard but not the cradle. Go to Acer's web site or to online reviews, however, and it seems like the cradle is almost a standard "in-the-box" accessory.

 

Many thanks in advance for any help with clearing up my confusion!

[Edit: It also often states that "TPM" is included - again, completely unsure what this is!]

I ordered the W700P-53334G12AS (NT.L0RET.010 and no craddle was included, only the keyboard case.
